On Saturday, October 17,2009 the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society will host their anual Light The Night Walk at Bridgeport Park. I have formed Team Edd in honor of a close family friend has been battling leukemia and has been undergoing chemo-therapy for the last 6 months. Team Edd has set a goal of raising $5,000 for this cause. I do understand that times are tough however, I am asking for your support either through a donation or by joining our team to support this cause. Over 75% of every dollar raised will go directly to support finding better treatments and cures for blood cancers so patients can live better, longer lives through The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk.
