I work as an Human Resources Manager for a small aerospace company, and have been here 18+ years. But with the government cut backs and the possible sell of the company, it looks as if they may not need a HR manager for a company that is downsizing. I am really nervious, because as Jack has been saying it is not easy to find work. I have been searching actively since May, and only a few interviews, but the company's put the jobs on hold. The economy is defintely not helping anyones situation. It's scary, because I am my sole source of income, (I separated from my husband first part of the year, and our house is going into foreclouse and now with the possibility of getting laid off is got me freaked out. It truly has been a tough year.
So, if anyone is looking for a experiened HR Manager or Generalist I have a very extensive background and experience.
