I work as an Human Resources Manager for a small aerospace company, and have been here 18+ years. But with the government cut backs and the possible sell of the company, it looks as if they may not need a HR manager for a company that is downsizing. I am really nervious, because as Jack has been saying it is not easy to find work. I have been searching actively since May, and only a few interviews, but the company's put the jobs on hold. The economy is defintely not helping anyones situation.
